2. Included operations
- Nuremberg infrastructure and Linux base setup
- Hardening, host firewall and base TLS configuration
- Regular security and system updates after compatibility review
- Monitoring of core services and storage
- Daily encrypted backup with seven-day rolling retention
- Support Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 CET/CEST, excluding North Rhine-Westphalia public holidays
3. Incident response
Incidents are prioritized by impact. Critical server-side outages are normally acknowledged within four working hours during business hours. This is a response target, not a restoration guarantee. 24/7 on-call service and a guaranteed SLA are not included.
4. Backup and restore
Backups are encrypted and kept separately from the live system for seven calendar days. Technical checks monitor jobs; not every file is inspected for content every day.
5. Not included
- Domain registration, third-party DNS and dedicated mail servers
- Paid licenses, premium themes and extensions
- Editorial, content, SEO and design work
- Business-level testing of custom applications
- Custom-code maintenance or bug fixing
- Version jumps with breaking changes, major upgrades, required migrations and incompatible extensions
6. Application care
All Care packages have a twelve-month minimum term and are billed annually in advance. Monthly figures are comparison values; Care does not receive the annual server discount.
WordPress Care, €39/month or €468/year; initial review €149: scheduled, compatible security, patch and routine maintenance updates for core, themes and plugins, visual and basic functional checks, and coordinated backup before critical updates.
WooCommerce Care, €69/month or €828/year; initial review €299: WordPress Care plus basic shop, product, cart and checkout checks; payment-provider and third-party license costs are excluded.
TYPO3 Care, from €129/month or €1,548/year; initial review from €490: planned, compatible core and Composer updates within the agreed major version, security advisories and basic checks.
Web app operations, from €99/month or €1,188/year: deployment and runtime monitoring after technical review and individual definition of the initial review, services, logs and checks.
Existing defects, version jumps with breaking changes, major upgrades, required migrations, incompatible or abandoned extensions, custom code, content and design work are not included. These services are quoted separately after technical review.
7. Provisioning
After acceptance, first payment and access to domain or application, the standard server is normally provisioned within one business day. Migrations, DNS changes and application reviews may take longer.
