Shopify Store Setup & Development

We set up your Shopify store: plan, payments, shipping, a tailored theme and connections to your inventory and accounting systems. After launch, we keep supporting the store if you want us to.

Services

Shopify, set up to start selling

Shopify takes servers and updates off your plate. The real work sits in settings, theme and apps, and that is exactly where we come in.

Store Setup

We help you pick the right Shopify plan and configure payment providers, shipping zones and the basic tax settings. Your tax requirements come from you or your tax advisor; we put them into the store.

Theme & Design

We start from a suitable theme and adapt typography, homepage and product pages to your brand. Afterwards the store looks like you, not like the demo.

App Selection & Setup

The Shopify App Store has several apps for almost every task, many with a monthly fee. We pick the ones you actually need and set them up properly.

Inventory & Accounting Integrations

Orders should not be typed into your inventory system by hand. We connect your ERP or inventory management and your accounting, using existing apps or a custom integration.

Custom Liquid Code

When the theme editor is not enough, we edit templates directly in Liquid: extra product details, custom sections, special cart logic. We only touch code where needed, so theme updates stay manageable.

Ongoing Support

New collection, changed shipping rates, an app acting up: we stay available after launch and handle changes while the store is running.

Pricing

A fixed package to start, support as needed

Your first store comes with a defined scope. What follows depends on your product range and integrations and is agreed individually.

Ask About Support

All prices net plus VAT, for business customers only; the Shopify plan, payment fees and paid themes or apps are not included.

Process

From first call to first sale

Four steps. Before the store goes public, test orders run through checkout, shipping and accounting.

01

Call & Analysis

What do you sell, to whom, through which channels? We clarify your product range, payment methods and the existing systems the store needs to connect to.

02

Plan & Costs

You get a plan covering Shopify plan, theme, required apps and integrations, with an overview of the recurring costs at Shopify.

03

Setup & Build

We configure the store, adapt the theme, set up apps and import your product data. You follow progress in a password-protected preview.

04

Launch & Support

After test orders and your approval, the store goes live. In the handover session we show your team the daily workflow, and we stay available afterwards if you want.

Shopify FAQ

Do I even need an agency for Shopify?

Not necessarily. Many retailers manage a small store with a standard theme on their own. Outside help pays off when inventory or accounting needs connecting, the theme has to do more than the editor allows, or you simply lack the time.

How much does it cost to have a Shopify store built?

Our Shop Start package begins at €1,499 net, one-off, for up to 25 simple products, one language and one payment provider. On top come recurring costs at Shopify: the monthly plan, payment fees and any paid apps or themes. Larger product ranges and integrations are quoted after the first call.

Who owns the store?

You do. The Shopify account is registered to your company, and you pay plan and apps directly to Shopify. We work through our own access, which you can revoke at any time.

Can you connect Shopify to our inventory system?

In many cases, yes. Common ERP and accounting systems have ready-made apps that we select and configure. If no suitable app exists, we look into a custom integration via the Shopify API and tell you the cost upfront.

Why Shopify and not WooCommerce?

Shopify fits if you don't want to deal with servers, updates and security and can live within the platform's limits. WooCommerce gives you more control over code and data but needs regular maintenance. Our rule of thumb: if you want to sell quickly and have no in-house tech team, Shopify is usually the better start.
