Services
Websites, stores and apps by industry

An app for fitness studios with your logo on it, not your software vendor’s.

Your own app is worth it when it does more than the standard app that comes with your studio software. We build it from one codebase for iOS and Android and connect it to the systems you already run.

Typical weak spots

Where websites for Fitness studios fall short today

01

Popular classes fill up instantly, and the waiting list is a sheet of paper at reception.

02

Members check in with key fobs that keep getting left at home.

03

The software vendor’s standard app carries their brand, not yours.

What we build

Building blocks that get used every day

Class booking with waiting list

Members book and cancel classes, move up automatically and get a push notification when a spot opens.

Digital check-in

A QR code in the app instead of a key fob, matched to your access system.

Member area

Contract details, invoices and address changes without a form at reception.

Timetable and push notifications

Cancelled classes, changed opening hours and promotions reach members directly, managed by your team.

What this can look like

A studio with a busy class timetable replaces phone bookings and paper lists with its own app. Members book classes, move up from the waiting list and check in with a QR code. The data comes from the existing membership software.

Industry know-how

What matters for Fitness studios

Membership software integration

The app is only as good as its connection to your membership software, such as Magicline or another studio system. We first check which data the API provides and what it may write. That decides whether members can pause their contract in the app or only book classes.

Privacy at check-in

Every check-in leaves a record of who trains when. We store only what you need for access and occupancy, and set retention periods with you. Fingerprint or face recognition means processing biometric data under Art. 9 GDPR; we advise against it as long as a QR code does the job.

Access control and turnstiles

Whether the QR code opens the door depends on your access control system. We check with its provider that it accepts codes from an app before we build check-in.
